The reality: sleep deprivation is making us dumber, more unhappy and more likely to die of a chronic disease. 

And yet 1/3 of Americans are sleeping fewer than 7 hours a night and literally shortening their lives. That's over 100 million people who either believe that busyness is more important than sleep or who are tossing and praying for sleep every night.

Guess what else? American companies lose $63.2 billion per year in lost productivity. Unbelievable, right?

Before you pass out from sheer hopelessness, let me deliver the good news:

My mission and passion is to help high-achievers who have tried everything and still can't sleep. 

Because life sucks when you're sleep deprived. When you get the rest you need, on the other hand, you can focus on what's most important: your work, your relationships and your biggest dreams.
