Solve Your Sleep


An easy to follow plan so you fall asleep easily at bedtime and stay asleep ALL night. ​Say goodbye to insomnia and sleepless nights!

  • Prep WorkYou will fill out a comprehensive questionnaire about your sleep and your lifestyle habits and routines so I can see what changes need to be made.

  • The Plan: You will receive a simple, step-by-step plan that shows you exactly what to do every day and night. We'll talk about why the changes and important, and I'll show you how to implement them. Your custom plan takes into account your personality, your lifestyle, and your goals and addresses all of your current sleep challenges. 

  • The Consult: We’ll spend 30-60 minutes in person or on the phone discussing your plan. I'll answer all your questions so you'll know when to start the plan and what to expect while we work together.

  • Ongoing Support: We'll talk for about 30 minutes on the phone each week for the 4 weeks that you are implementing the plan. You will also have access to my private email so you can email me during business hours Monday-Saturday with any questions that come up while we work together.
